If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
Before Dispatch
Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation depending on their processing status.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through the standard cancellation process.
Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, any applicable refund will be handled according to our refund policy.
